About Us

The responsibility for the LEADERSHIP GERMANTOWN program lies with the Leadership Germantown Board of Directors.  Through the non-profit corporation, Leadership Germantown, LLC, the board of directors creates the session agendas and coordinates schedules and donations for each session.  The board holds fundraisers and community events to support and further the goals of the Leadership Germantown program.  The organization has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit entity.

Our Executive Director, Donna Chandler Newman, manages operations and is our chief administrator.
