Germantown, Tennessee is a thriving and award winning
community whose citizens, business community and government join together to create an even better place to live, work and play.
The future of any city is directly tied to the quality of its leadership and since 1995, LEADERSHIP GERMANTOWN has motivated, inspired and enabled hundreds of individuals to become more engaged in the civic leadership of our community and state.
Our graduates are prominent in area businesses, homeowners' associations, church and philanthropy, and hold positions as elected and appointed officials in City, County and State.
LEADERSHIP GERMANTOWN develops and engages individuals through a program of orientation and exposure to community issues, and provides a framework for meeting future leadersip opportunities.
